Pricing
Every effort is made to ensure the pricing on our website are correct, but occasionally errors may occur. We reserve the right to not accept an order if there is a pricing error. We will contact you immediately to notify you. Pricing is shown excluding VAT and will be applied at the cart. Customers outside of the UK will not be charged VAT. However, please note that you may be liable to pay your own customs taxes on the arrival of the goods.

Liability
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of the goods purchased for any application. No guarantee is given or implied as to  the suitability of any  of the goods purchased. In the event of dispute The Super Sport Shed Ltd will only be liable for the value of the goods supplied in any event.

Any recommendations or advice given by The Super Sport Shed Ltd or any of its employees is given without liability.

Out of stock parts
If a part is shown as out of stock, you may still be able to add to your basket and checkout. In this case, your order will not be dispatched until all of the parts have arrived in stock. However, if you would like us to part ship your order, please notify us by emailing sales@thesupersportshed.com as soon as you have placed your order and for an additional postage charge we can part ship the parts in stock.

Shipping/Postage Charges
Our aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible. Whilst The Super Sport Shed makes every effort to ensure that the goods are dispatched as quickly as possible, we will not accept liability for the delay in despatch or the delay in delivery of your goods. If all parts are in stock at the time of ordering, despatch will be effected within 2 working days of the order being placed. We will use the most cost-effective shipping method available. Parts that are not in stock or that are being obtained/manufactured specifically for you, will take longer. Please contact sales@thesupersportshed for estimated delivery times. Unless otherwise agreed, if we cannot supply your parts within 30 days of your order being placed due to lack of availability or any other reason, we will refund the sum paid any outstanding parts/services and cancel your order.

Returns
Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of the delivery and be in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging. This means unused and unmarked. Parts returned incomplete or in damaged/used condition will not be refunded. If you wish to return any parts please contact sales@thesupersportshed.com for a returns form (no returns will be accepted without a returns form). The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damaged or Missing Parts
Any claim for postal or delivery damage or missing parts must be reported with 48 hours or no liability will be accepted.
